1. The service

These terms apply to Bildy, a Social AI operated by bild (“bild,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By messaging Bildy, using bildy.bild.my, requesting a call, publishing a Bildy Brief, or accepting an introduction, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Bildy converses with people in the startup ecosystem, remembers user-provided context, creates private context Briefs, suggests potential matches, asks each person for consent, and may create an X group direct message after both accept. Bildy may also offer an optional, explicitly approved handoff to bild.

The service is free. There are no paid matching placements or user subscription tiers. Safety, abuse-prevention, and provider capacity controls may still limit specific activity.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. You must use your own identity and contact information, keep private links and verification codes secure, and promptly tell Bildy if access appears compromised. Your use of X must also comply with X’s terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Bildy to:

• impersonate someone or provide materially deceptive identity information;
• harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or endanger another person;
• send spam, evade consent, or build unsolicited contact lists;
• request or expose credentials, payment data, or highly sensitive personal data;
• break a law, third-party right, platform rule, or security control;
• scrape, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service; or
• use AI-generated content to deceive people about who is speaking.

We may pause or end access when reasonably needed to protect people, comply with law or platform rules, investigate abuse, or maintain the service.

4. Matches and introductions

A match is a suggestion, not an endorsement, verification, promise of fit, or guarantee of an outcome. Bildy can make mistakes and cannot verify every claim a person makes. You are responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to engage, including carrying out your own identity, background, diligence, and safety checks.

Consent applies to that introduction only. It does not permit marketing, adding someone to a list, sharing their information, or contacting them outside the agreed context. A person can decline without explanation; Bildy does not disclose a private decline to the other person.

5. AI voice calls

During the MVP, calls are available only to verified US (+1) numbers. Before a call, you must expressly agree to receive an AI-generated voice call and to the creation and retention of a text transcript. Bildy identifies as an AI at the beginning of the call. You can end a call at any time. Raw call audio is not retained.

6. Your content and Bildy output

You keep your rights in information and content you provide. You give us a limited permission to host, process, transform, and share it only as needed to provide the features you request, operate safety controls, and meet legal duties. Do not provide content you lack the right to use.

A Bildy Brief is private by default. If you publish a share link, you direct us to make the displayed Brief available to anyone with that link until you turn sharing off. You are responsible for reviewing the Brief before publishing it.

AI output may be inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable. A Brief reflects user-provided context and is not independently verified. You should correct errors through the private memory or Brief flow.

7. Optional bild handoffs

Bildy may suggest continuing in bild when company intelligence appears more useful than a human connection. A handoff does not happen automatically. You must review and confirm the transfer, authenticate with bild, and confirm again before starting an analysis. bild’s own terms apply after the handoff.

8. Third-party services

Bildy relies on services such as X, telecommunications networks, and cloud and AI providers. Their terms, availability, content rules, and data practices apply to their parts of the experience. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our control.

9. Availability and changes

Bildy is an evolving service. Features may change, pause, or stop, and an introduction, match, call, response, or particular result is never guaranteed. We will try to complete accepted actions reliably and communicate known failures, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, bild is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of Bildy or interactions with another person. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Bildy changes. Material changes will be announced on the website or @mybildy. Continued use after the updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
